School Nurse Supervisor
Location: Rochester, NY - 14620
Employment Type: Direct-Hire, Permanent

Pay: $66,500-$76,500
Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm
Qualifications:
NY State RN License
6+ months RN experience
BLS
Passion working with developmental disabilities patients or psych-focused care experience
Key Duties:
Lead and supervise the nursing team, providing clinical guidance and ensuring consistent care.
Oversee staff supervision, time reporting, and manage caseload assignments for nursing services.
Administer mandated programs and immunizations, documenting health services and maintaining accurate records.
Serve as a liaison between home, school, and community providers, while monitoring health and safety standards.
Support the development of the School Health program and communicate regularly with stakeholders.
