Salary: $ 115,000 to $125,000 annually (based on experience)

Experience: 8 years in management/supervisory role

Hours: Monday to Friday - Hours TBD (must be on-site)

    Job Overview:

    We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to primarily oversee a government contract at a multi-location building in the Rochester, New York area. There will also be occasional site visits to the Buffalo, New York area. As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our client's operations, while maintaining compliance with government regulations and achieving project objectives.

    Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

  • Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure the successful execution of all project phases

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or budget overruns

  • Communicate project status updates and key milestones to stakeholders, team members, and management

  • Lead and motivate project team members to ensure collaboration and alignment toward project goals

  • Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely and proactive manner

  • Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements

  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements

  • Evaluate and improve project management processes, tools, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior project managers and team members to support their professional development and growth.

    Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or similar field is preferred.

  • 8 years of proven project management professional expertise and experience in management-level positions of responsibility and complexity of similar scope.
