Insight Global Sr. Business Systems Analyst in Richmond, Virginia
Job Description
In this role the candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technological solutions. This work includes analyzing complex business processes, requirements elicitation and documentation, internal review of other BSA documentation, and the creation or review of comprehensive meeting minutes during project related meetings. The BSA will work closely with the project manager(s), developers, quality assurance analysts, and business stakeholders. Pay range is between 40-50$ hr

Skills and Requirements
8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
analyzing and documenting complex business processes.
experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
Experience in translating business requirements into detailed system specifications
Ability to create process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other relevant documentation One or more certifications related to business analysis (CBAP, CCBA, etc
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
An understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
Familiarity with project management concepts and practices. null
