Qualifications:

  • A master's degree in counseling, social work, behavioral health, or a related field

  • LCSW, LPC, or related license

  • 10+ years' experience in social work, behavioral health, case management, or related.

  • 5+ years' experience supervising case managers / specialists in a behavioral health field or similar

  • Experience with substance abuse and twelve step programs

  • 4+ years of management experience

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and inspire team members by directly managing a variety of roles including case manages, support specialists, coordinators, and security officers.

  • Act as the day-to-day operation leader - managing teams of caregivers and working with participants.
