Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
Responsible for performing daily maintenance and repairs of production equipment in the facility to ensure all equipment is operating at full production capacity.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain support and manufacturing equipment and machinery, including mixers, conveyors, gas-fired ovens, boilers, sealers, and label printers.
Work on mechanical components such as gears, drives, and conveyors.
Troubleshoot electrical issues, change out drives, and go through the parameters.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance accurately and timely.
Analyze test results, error messages, and information from operators to diagnose and recommend equipment repairs.
Perform lockout/tag out procedures to secure equipment according to guidelines.
Ensure equipment, fire, and electrical safety procedures are adhered to during plant walkthroughs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Around 3-4 years of experience performing maintenance functions in a manufacturing facility required.
Previous manufacturing experience preferred, food manufacturing/production experience is a big plus.
Experience working on conveyors and performing preventive maintenance such as changing belts, adjusting belts, changing motors, greasing motors and bearings, working with three-phase motors, and 480 Volt systems.
Maintenance technician experience with PLC troubleshooting and fabrication.
Knowledge of electrical and machine control.
Any prior experience with TIG welding stainless and aluminum, refrigeration, and HVAC.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hr.
