Our client in the Richmond area is looking to bring on a temporary HR Specialist to join their team for three months. This is a all-around HR role where you will provide administrative assistance and excellent customer service for many HR functions. Successful candidates will have prior HR admin experience with knowledge on HR policy and systems used.
salary: $20 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
HR administrative support accross all functions
Benefits administration
Recruiting, setting up interviews with hiring managers, onboarding, orientation and employee engagement
Handling paperwork for teminations and resignations
Reconciliations with insurance bills
Customer service by phone and email
Updating org charts on internal systems
