Honeywell Building Automation System Sales Engineer (Tridium) Remote in Richmond, Virginia

As a System Sales Engineer here at Tridium, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's growth and success. You will collaborate with various departments to promote our complex system solutions and drive sales. Your responsibilities will include formulating and executing sales strategies, providing technical expertise, and building strong customer relationships. You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you'll work out of remote location on a full-time work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the growth and profitability of the organization by driving sales and building strong customer relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives

•Support the sales team with pre-sale technical support and proof of concept.

•Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners

•Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the assigned market

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions

The annual base salary range for this position is $105,000-$130,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE

•5+ years related experience

•Niagara N4 certification

•Building Automation experience

WE VALUE

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering.

•Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering) etc

•Experience in selling complex system solutions

•Strong problem-solving abilities

•Proven track record of success in sales engineering role

•Strong technical background in system engineering

•Excellent communication and negotiation skills

•Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
