Randstad is partnered with a client in their search for an Accounts Receivable specialist in the Richmond, Virginia area. Responsibilities
Processing financial data: Calculating, recording, and inputting financial data
Tracking payments: Monitoring customer accounts to ensure payments are received and applied correctly and on time
Following up on payments: Using various communication channels to contact customers and collect outstanding payments
Resolving issues: Investigating and researching invoice discrepancies, past-due amounts, and other issues or disputes
Reconciling accounts: Working with the collections manager to periodically reconcile accounts receivable
Creating reports: Generating reports on the status of customer accounts
Assisting with billing: Helping to create monthly billing statements based on the general ledger
