Your Impact:
Drive total store sales, understand your role in sales growth and how your departments and team contribute to an impact total store profitability
Manage inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all areas of the store
Conduct regular check-ins with your team to ensure completion of tasks and workload
Drive a culture centered in safety; train, validate and coach team to deliver proper execution on all safety standards and cleaning routines
Create a customer-centered culture that prioritizes the guest experience and delivers on store sales goals
Work a schedule that aligns to customer and business needs (this includes early morning, evening, overnight shifts, and weekends)
Manage a consistent experience for our customers by ensuring product is in stock, fresh, available, safe, and accurately priced and placed on the sales floor with minimal disruption to the guest
Develop and coach your team to elevate their skills and expertise
Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; lead team to work in the same way and hold others accountable to this commitment
As a key carrier, follow all safe and secure training and processes
Your Qualifications
You have supervisory experience in retail, distribution, warehouse, grocery or manufacturing
You have strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
You can learn and adapt to current technology needs
You can manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
You can handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting and moving merchandise up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs, with or without accommodations
You can accurately handle cash register operations
You can work a flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays)
