Our partner is known for their work supporting environmental challenges, industrial processes and agricultural needs with their unique solutions. They are looking for a Project Manager, to make an impact throughout their processes, from initiation through construction and commissioning.
Direct Hire Opportunity
Salary: $160k-190k
Location: Richmond, BC (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
Technical or business degree required.
Initiate projects, perform market and competitive analyses, evaluate geological data, devise permitting approaches, and preliminary cost estimates
Evaluate and determine the feasibility of project.
Lead teams in conducting stakeholder analyses and consultations, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, crafting detailed construction plans and schedules, and devising operational strategies.
Requirements:
Technical or business degree required.
10 years of industry experience preferred.
Proven skills based on extensive experience, critical analysis, and sound judgment.
Demonstrated urgency to drive projects, high level of self-drive, and comfortable working independently.
Strong organizational and planning abilities; capable of managing internal and external resources effectively.
Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally 50% of the time.
Must hold PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
Proven track record managing all phases of capital projects, ideally in material processing and handling.
Ability to gather input and advice across all organizational levels.
