Overview:
ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Senior Implementation Manager position will provide technical and support services to Enterprise Risk Projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality, safety, schedule, and budget requirements. Additionally, this Manager will challenge execution strategies, validate project readiness, and enhance project outcomes. This full-time position is located in Richland, WA.
Pay rate: $84.67 - $112.06

Responsibilities:
- Review key project documentation (e.g., project schedules, implementation methods, risk registers) to identify strategies for improving schedule performance, quality, and resource efficiency.
- Identify and correct errors or misconceptions in project documentation, including work orders, quality control plans, and resource load boards.
- Validate the quality of Work Order Tasks (WOTs) and remediate any issues before field activities.
- Review and improve testing and acceptance plans, and provide input on effective mock-ups.
- Communicate personal and industry operating experiences, and develop response strategies.
- Serve as the ASME PIC for Section XI Repair & Replacement Plan work scope, as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of codes, standards, and industry trends relevant to Enterprise Risk Projects.
- Provide timely feedback to Project Managers and oversee shop or field activities to ensure adherence to the project strategy.
- Act as the designated person in charge on shifts opposite the Project Manager, managing large crews if necessary.
- Coordinate with vendor resources to resolve roadblocks and attend key strategy meetings as needed.
Requirements:
- Requires an advanced (graduate) degree in a related field of study or business AND 10 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment.
- OR a bachelor's degree in a related field of study or business AND 12 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment.
- OR an associate's degree from an accredited college or university AND 14 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment.
- OR a High School Diploma/GED AND 16 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment.
- Proven experience in construction management.
- Extensive experience with multiple refueling outages at a commercial nuclear power plant.
- Deep knowledge of production and operational processes at a commercial nuclear power plant.
- Experience with feedwater heaters and their internals.
- Expertise in steam systems and ASME Boiler Pressure Vessel code vessels, heat exchangers, piping, and valves.
- Desired certifications in mechanical disciplines, construction, or project management.
- Proficiency in Enterprise Management Software (e.g., Asset Suite, SAP).
- Familiarity with logic-driven schedules (Primavera, Microsoft Project).
- Knowledge of code and regulatory requirements related to maintenance and field work.
- Understanding of error reduction, human performance improvement, and cost
