Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As a Product Manager for Vulnerability Management product line, you will be responsible for bringing new and innovative vulnerability management solutions to the organization.

  • With a deep understanding of the Patching/Vulnerability/Compliance problems and landscape, you'll focus the team on the most appropriate objectives, set priorities, and build a product roadmap to address the most relevant customer and compliance opportunities.

  • You will partner with multiple server infrastructure and application teams as well as risk & compliance, and security teams to achieve alignment on policies and expectations for server vulnerability management and security baseline compliance.

  • You will measure and monitor user experience, patching and compliance metrics, as well as other process and product success measures to ensure products continuously deliver meaningful customer value and efficient user experience.

  • Your role will put you at the nexus of product engineering, risk & compliance, operations, and enablement.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Eight or more years of related work experience

Preferred skills

  • Experience working as a Vulnerability Management Product as an SME

  • Background and experience in Security, Oversight, Risk, PCI, CAS/OCC/FRB audits, e tc.

  • Experience driving priorities for patching team and also for Hosting areas patching ( VMWare, Firmware updates, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of Windows, Linux and VMware engineering and security practices

  • Experience with SaaS products, engineering practices, business metrics, and product metrics.

  • Strong Communication and documentation skills and the ability to create precise and measurable control documentation.

  • 8 or more years working with Vulnerability and Compliance products, engineering practices, business metrics, and product metrics to include Vulnerability and Compliance principles and practices.

  • Ability to understand, decompose, organize, and manage sophisticated cross-functional programs and initiatives.

  • Ability to quickly acquire new skills and knowledge to tackle any problem facing the business, even in areas that may be unfamiliar.

  • Ability to engage on a technical level with engineers, partners, and customers.

  • Ability to influence and negotiate with others using soft skills in a matrixed environment.

* The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $116,280.00 - $136,800.00 - $150,480.00
