Are you ready to make an impact with your expertise in quality inspection? Are you energized by a fast-paced manufacturing environment where precision is key? PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Inline Inspector to join our team in Richardson, TX on 2nd shift.
Your Impact
As a Quality Assurance Inline Inspector , you’ll be the first line of defense in ensuring our high-complexity products meet the highest quality standards. You’ll validate assembly processes, inspect components, and play a key role in maintaining excellence in production.
Key Responsibilities
Perform visual inspections on assembled cabinets to ensure compliance with specifications.
Support incoming material inspections , validating components against engineering drawings and inspection plans.
Utilize inspection equipment such as microscopes, optical comparators, coordinate measuring machines, and hand tools to verify part dimensions.
Identify, segregate, and document non-conforming materials , supporting corrective actions.
Train inspectors and provide expertise on incoming and in-process quality control.
Support First Article Assessments (FAA) and approvals.
Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
Experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to interpret customer drawings and inspection plans to accept or reject materials.
Proficiency in measuring equipment such as calipers, vision equipment, and multimeters.
Strong knowledge of industry quality standards and manufacturing processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with Agile, ETQ, Qspec, and other quality systems .
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and improve inspection processes.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
