What will you do?
As the Reclaim Operations Lead, you'll play a crucial role in the operations of our unique Reclaim Production Department. We are the only facility in the world that handles this specialized process, and your leadership will help drive the efficiency, safety, and success of our daily operations. Under the guidance of the Production Supervisor, you'll help manage production goals, mentor team members, and ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner. This position also offers an opportunity to step in for the supervisor when necessary, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities:
Production Oversight
Ensure smooth and efficient operation of LP and HP reclaim units, meeting production targets.
Maintain accurate logs and documentation for both production units, ensuring consistency and traceability of all activities.
Track and manage network trailers in the yard, ensuring they are processed on time based on their received dates.
Training & Team Support
Train and support new team members, even if they have no prior experience in the process, ensuring they understand company procedures and equipment operations.
Assist team members in daily tasks such as moving, testing, processing, troubleshooting, and prepping cylinders for distribution back into the network.
Provide ongoing mentorship and guidance to ensure the success of the team and individual operators.
Production Planning & Coordination
Develop and communicate production run plans two days in advance, ensuring that resources and schedules align for efficient operations.
Monitor inventory needs to minimize downtime and ensure production runs are not delayed due to material shortages.
Safety & Housekeeping
Manage safety throughout the department, ensuring all employees adhere to company safety standards and best practices. Lead by example to ensure a culture of safety.
Assist in maintaining a clean and well-organized work environment, including equipment maintenance and daily housekeeping.
Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily shift reports, including updates from Cyltrak and operations logs, to the Production Supervisor and associated parties .
Complete all required safety training and ensure timely completion for other team members.
Other Duties as Assigned
Support any additional tasks or special projects as needed to help meet department goals.
Experience, Knowledge, and Qualification
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Forklift, overhead crane, and clamp operation experience or ability to become certified within 60 days
Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hand tools
Functional computer skills
EPA 608 Universal Certificate or must be able to obtain within 6 months
Skills:
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on mentoring and supporting others.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to follow procedures and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and task management.
Strong attention to detail, and ability to meet production targets and deadlines.
A willingness to work overtime as needed to meet operational demands.
No prior experience in reclaim or similar processes is required; we provide all necessary training.
Preferred:
Previous experience working with compressed gas
Gas Cylinder experience
Physical Demand Requirements:
Frequently pushes, pulls, moves, and lifts up to 50 pounds independently
Frequently operates a computer using a traditional keyboard to input detailed information such as serial numbers
Manipulations (seizing, holding, grasping or otherwise working with hands) up to 50-75% of the day
Constantly works in environments with uncontrolled climate and some exposure to outdoor weather conditions
