Requisition Summary The TRP Program Manager is responsible for leading a dynamic team of TRP Product Managers, TRP Product Liaison(s), and TRP Business Analyst(s) to identify, qualify, and launch new TRP parts programs. This team works directly with PACCAR Global Supplier Quality, Purchasing, Product Marketing, and Aftermarket Engineering teams throughout the entire launch process, including commercial term negotiations and onboarding suppliers to the PACCAR Parts network. The TRP Program Manager provides TRP product portfolio recommendations for all makes and models of OEM's, school busses and trailers through market research, competitor analyses and provides direction on how to fill identified gaps. Job Functions / Responsibilities Evaluate the TRP product portfolio and category lifecycle, identify opportunities and champion new programs to align with PACCAR Parts initiatives and goals Review and analyze competitive market data and competitor trends to identify viable TRP programs. Analyze potential aftermarket programs by completing product definition, warranty analyses, and other program development documents. Develop and manage existing aftermarket program opportunities, including product validation, packaging, labeling, and logistics. Review Supplier Scorecards and develop improvement plans for underperforming suppliers. Collaborates with global PACCAR Purchasing and Supplier Quality in the supplier evaluation and selection process Identify and implement programs and strategies using Six Sigma tools Travel domestic and internationally to interface with current and prospective suppliers to evaluate existing programs and develop new business opportunities Qualifications Four-year college degree with an emphasis in Business or related field required. MBA highly desired Seven years of relevant work experience required Demonstrated experience managing people and leading teams. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $110,600 - $156,310 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
