Join our team and be part of the science that shapes a better future!Job DescriptionOur Raw Materials Sampling Supervisors are responsible for:Technical Responsibilities:Overseeing sample collection, testing of pharmaceutical utilities (air, gas, water), and accurate documentationEnsuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining laboratory operationsCalibrating instruments, supporting method validation, and performing sterile cleanroom activitiesInvestigating quality deviations and participating in cross-functional teams to improve operationsLeadership Responsibilities:Training and managing employees on GMP-related responsibilities and laboratory proceduresCoordinating scheduling, allocating responsibilities, and overseeing new hire onboardingEnsuring exceptional customer service and promoting the company's visionMeeting quality and productivity metrics while fostering strong teamwork and collaborationQualificationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related scientific field, or equivalent experience2-3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced GMP environmentExperience with cleanroom operations and aseptic techniquesStrong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teamsSelf-motivated with excellent planning and multitasking abilitiessWhat to Expect in the Hiring Process:10-15 minute phone interview with the Recruiter60-minute virtual meeting with the Hiring Team30-minute virtual meeting with the Site DirectorAdditional InformationThe position is a full-time, 1st shift role.
