About You

Join us as a UX Designer and sprinkle some magic on our daily deal e-commerce platform! You'll team up with Product Owners, developers, and business folks to craft seamless, intuitive user experiences. Plus, you'll get to spy on our competitors (for research, of course) to keep us ahead of the game. Be part of our fun, dynamic team, shape the UX strategy of a top e-commerce platform, grow professionally, and work on projects that make our customers smiles.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide all UX initiatives within the company.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UX strategies with business goals.

  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.

  • Create user-centric designs that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

  • Perform usability testing and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Ensure consistent application of UX design principles across all platforms.

  • Present design concepts and user experience strategies to stakeholders.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs. (It will work in your favour to include your portfolio in your application or CV)

  • Expertise in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and their unique challenges.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on research and continuous improvement.

  • Experience with usability testing and data-driven design.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of current UX trends and best practices.
