Position Overview:

This role is primarily responsible producing data and reports including the collection, cleansing, combination, analysis, reporting and analytics on complex data from a variety of data sources. The data and reports support the greater Procurement team in supplying information for Category Management, Sourcing, Buying, and general operational activities in alignment with overall Procurement strategy and initiatives. Reports and data must be accurate and provided timely. The ideal candidate is versed in data management and analysis best practices, is passionate about governance and process improvement, possesses general knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) principles and processes, and technical familiarity with P2P & S2P practices and platforms. This role requires a data-minded individual who has experience in writing complex reports and is familiar with the finance principles, especially as it relates to the procurement practice.

  • Partner with Leadership to define and/or revise Procurement data management standards

  • Maintain Procurement reporting tools and associated programs

  • Support ongoing database expansion needs in data, analysis, and reporting systems

  • Synthesize complex data into concise deliverables and present findings to Leadership

  • Mine complex and unstructured 'big data' sources for actionable insights

  • Provide quality assurance of data prepared by other analysts and add contextual information, managing the review process and timelines

  • Partner with Leadership to ensure processes and procedures are appropriately documented, updated, implemented, and audited.

  • Actively identify opportunities and lead actions of continuous improvement through quantitative and qualitative data analysis, manage project tracking

  • Provide support to Strategic Sourcing, Category and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) functions with Procurement.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance, business operations, supplier management office; procurement experience desirable

  • Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, computer science, finance or equivalent required or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with personnel across multiple levels of the organization

  • Experience using any reporting and BI analytics tools/languages, such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL or R/Python

  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data

  • Ability to thrive through ambiguity in a dynamic fast-paced business environment

  • A motivated self-starter & owner attitude.

  • Experience with Coupa Analytics desirable.

  • Experience with process improvement, business transformation desirable

  • Experience working with FP&A or Accounts Payable desirable

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $73,987 - $101,227/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
