Nvidia Enterprise Business Developer Manager - Nordics in Remote, Sweden

We are seeking an senior Enterprise Business Developer Manager who is passionate about customer experience and with the outcome to make NVIDIA captivating, secure and scale customers AI strategies and maximum NVIDIA awareness into strategic verticals and initiatives. This role is responsible for customer success at selected NVIDIA customers and Center Of Excellences. You will be the key point of contact and post-sales relationship owner for a defined set of customers, driving successful adoption, retention, expansion and advocacy of NVIDIA solutions. You will also be required to proactively support the Nordic team with strategic initiatives to increase national innovation capabilities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Establish relationships with customer contacts for the successful implementation of NVIDIA software solutions at the customer site.

  • Support the Nordic Enterprise Sales team to increase the NVIDIA footprint at selected Innovation hubs to scale within focus verticals and industries.

  • Develop success plans to optimally and efficiently move customers to their desired business outcomes (retention) and grow revenue (upsell), prospect into new departments (cross-sell).

  • Consistently develop business value metrics and support internal development of resources, education, and tools.

  • Lead customer onboarding including crafting/completing checklist templates and detailing status, next steps; accelerate customer time to value by addressing any operational blocks and proactively supporting customer through any external project issues; Be a trusted advisor to end-users, ensuring clients derive maximum value from their investment.

  • Identify risks to the customer achieving their stated business goals and work with the account team to build a risk mitigation plan.

  • Supervise customer usage data, health indicators, renewal dates and growth opportunities and translate into strategies for success.

  • Help to improve our products by acting as a customer advocate.

What we need to see:

  • BA degree or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ years of demonstrated ability in sales, professional services, or customer facing solution architecture role.

  • A solid understanding of the NVIDIA enterprise software portfolio

  • A real passion for getting things done in a multifaceted sales and technology environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically and effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal) and influence cross-functionally.

  • Exceptional project management experience and development of thoughtful customer success plans that lead to true customer delight.

  • Understanding of workflows, modern machine learning and AI trends.

  • A strong curiosity about new technologies and adept at conveying their value to customer(s).
