Job Description Summary

Patient Care Solutions Account Manager (Northern Poland) is responsible for winning business of medical equipment in the given territory. She/He operates with some autonomy but are typically subject to standard sales practices and procedures.

Patient Care Solutions Account Manager focus on Care Area - Acute Care in both public and private sector.

Working areas: pomorskie, kujawsko-pomorskie and partially warminsko-mazurskie voivodships

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Selling Patient Care Solutions portfolio to existing accounts as well as addition of a new customers.

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. Uses prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policy/strategy.

  • Most decisions are within a defined framework, but some autonomy in the final decisions for a project, product line, market, sales process or customers.

  • Communication with direct colleagues and the business about desired customer outcome.

Required Qualifications & Soft Skills:

  • Proven track of record of sales in Healthcare industry,

  • Understanding of Clinical Areas like Acute Care, Cardiology and/or Maternal Infant Care.

  • Ability to communicate in Polish and English.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Ability to influence others.

  • Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.

  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.

  • Effective problem identification and solution skills.

  • Proven analytical and organizational ability.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
