Your Career

We are recruiting for a full-time, remote position targeting web page classification and evaluation for our company based in Santa Clara, California. As an Editorial Analyst, you will be responsible for classifying web content and tracking the quality of these classifications. Projects involve examining and researching the contents, images, and other information on web pages. This role offers time and schedule flexibility due to our team operating 24 hours a day, 6 days a week.

Your Impact

  • Classify web pages accurately based on provided guidelines

  • Communicate classification results via the designated online tool

  • Maintain high-quality standards in classification to ensure accuracy and consistency

  • Conduct thorough research on the contents and images of web pages to support classification decisions

  • Perform data mining and analysis to extract relevant information and insights

  • Create charts and visualizations to represent data clearly and effectively

  • Conduct root cause analysis of any identified issues or bugs, presenting findings comprehensively and professionally

  • Work independently, managing a self-directed schedule to meet deadlines

  • Ensure timely delivery of classification results

  • Utilize a secure, private high-speed internet connection for all work-related tasks

  • Willingness to respond to urgent customer cases outside of regular office hours

Your Experience

  • Excellent written communication skills and web analytic capabilities

  • Ability to create clear and effective charts and visualizations

  • Experience in conducting root cause analysis and presenting findings professionally

  • Basic Windows and Mac administration skills

  • Web development knowledge

  • Experience with G Suite or Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience requried

  • Legal authorization to work in the US

  • Reading and writing English with college-level fluency

  • Experience using internet search engines and other web tools for business or personal use

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in one language other than English

  • Proficiency in MySQL is a plus

  • Cybersecurity skills are a plus

  • Training ability, with a knack for educating and empowering team members

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be between $68,600/yr to $111,000/yr.
