Job Description:
Main Tasks:
The successful candidate will:
Be responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services.
Establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

Job Requirements:
- A minimum of three years of achievement-oriented sales experience within the dental sector or a minimum of four years in achievement-oriented sales, preferably in the medical device field.
Competences and Critical Success Factors:
Strong communication and sales skills.
Strong organization and planning capabilities (business planning, sales planning, forecasting, etc).
Cold-calling and prospecting capabilities.
Strong problem-solving attitude.
Able to work well with peers and across functions.
Intermediate computer skills (Office package, iPad / tablet and any other company communication tools).
Able to work under pressure.
Able to independently plan and organize the activities of the territory based on the manager's direction, market requirements and customer needs.
Proficiency in English is strongly preferred.
Experience in using a CRM system is strongly preferred.
Able to lead by example.
Weekly Time Allocation guidelines:
50% prospective customers & 50% existing customers
Remote mainly on the road visiting customers.
Be present at different kind of activities & meetings.
Creation and follow up of opportunities in CRM.
Follow CVM/CRM recommendations on the number of visits for each customer segments.
