Raftelis Proposal Coordinator in Remote, North Carolina

Job Summary:

The Proposal Coordinator will help to develop compelling proposals and interview presentations to win work for the firm. They will collaborate with project managers to compile proposal information while meeting the requirements laid out in the RFP. They will also assist with reviewing proposals for correct grammar, printing and shipping hard copies, and tracking proposals. Work for this position is fast paced and deadline driven, requiring skilled task and time management.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal consulting team and external partners to help develop compelling proposals

  • Analyze RFP requirements, create compliance checklists, and ensure that proposals meet requirements

  • Develop proposals using Word templates

  • Review and proofread proposals

  • Produce and ship hard copy proposal documents

  • Format interview presentations using PowerPoint templates

  • Customize staff resumes, project experience descriptions, and firm capability summaries

  • Organize and maintain proposal materials, including keeping proposal files, project summaries, and resumes up to date

  • Ability to create and manage production schedules

  • Assist with other proposal and marketing tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or certificate in marketing, business, English, or related field

  • Proven attention to detail

  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

  • Strong proofreading, editing, and reading comprehension skills

  • Ability to work with staff across several time zones

  • Ability to work within tight deadlines

Additional Preferences:

  • Previous proposal development or consulting experience

  • Technical writing/editing experience

  • Marketing experience

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$75,000.
