Workday Manager, Solution Consulting-JR-0094680 in Remote, Michigan

We are looking for a Solution Consulting Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Architects on our Office of the CIO team. If you are an experienced Solution Consulting leader or high performing individual contributor with domain expertise in enterprise technology, this is your chance to lead a world class team of Enterprise Architects. You and your team will work closely with Account Executives, Regional Sales Directors, and Sales Consulting Managers to cover active accounts in your territory. You will work with Sales to build pipeline and establish strong IT relationships with shared responsibility for meeting and exceeding new business growth targets.

In addition to sales opportunity support, you will assist your team in growing their careers and drive collaboration and innovation across the entire oCIO Solution Consulting organization. This is your chance to lead a world class team of technology experts who are engaged in deep discovery and demonstrating the value of next-generation cloud-based Workday solutions across the dynamic financial services industries as well as to drive leadership of Workday's technology in the market.

About You

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

Manager Solution Consultant

  • 4+ years in a sales-related role (Sales, Presales, Value Management, Customer Success, etc.) selling enterprise software
  • 2+ years experience leading people on deal strategy and supporting customer engagements

Sr. Manager Solution Consultant

  • 6+ years in a sales-related role (Sales, Presales, Value Management, Customer Success, etc.) selling enterprise software
  • 3+ years experience leading people on deal strategy and supporting customer engagements
  • Must have previous WD Management experience

     

Other Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with State, Local, & Higher Education (SLED).
  • Consistent track record of successful partnership with Sale
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong critical thinking skills and execution capabilities
  • Consistent overachievement of assigned goals and target
  • Ability to self-impose ambitious goals, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and supporting multiple sales teams
  • Success in mentoring coworkers in ways that allowed them to learn new skills and achieve career goals
  • Experience cultivating a feedback-rich environment focused on performance and improvement
  • A history of using data to support your decision-making process
  • Experience with Enterprise software in the HCM and Financial space preferred
  • Experience working with large volume Sales territories preferred
