Responsibilities:
Determine and implement flawless service strategies for our field service operations
Successfully compete and complete service projects within strict timelines
Collaborate with diverse teams to foster innovation and tackle intricate scientific challenges.
Offer knowledgeable technical assistance and support to customers
Conduct thorough training sessions to ensure customers can effectively use our products
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in field service engineering
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
