Manual Tool Technician
Job Description
Join our team as a Manual Tool Technician, where you will be a key player in high-volume, precision injection molding production. You will be responsible for troubleshooting quality issues with molds to identify and rectify root causes of deviant parts. Your role involves performing necessary repairs on molds and spare parts to optimize their use, along with demonstrating proficiency in utilizing machining equipment in the tool shop. You will analyze existing molds, make recommendations for improvements, and develop action plans to enhance customer satisfaction, cycle times, cavitation, and mold life. Additionally, you will utilize our production monitoring system to evaluate and continuously improve our mold preventative maintenance program, ensuring all procedures and improvements are properly documented.
