Robert Half Customer Service Coordinator in Redondo Beach, California
Description We are in search of a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team located in Redondo Beach, California, United States. This role is centered around providing high-quality service to our clients who are in the process of relocation. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, overseeing service delivery resources, and handling any changes in schedules. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Assist clients through various communication channels like phone calls, text messages, or emails.
• Assign and rate service delivery resources based on the specific needs of each job.
• Manage schedule changes efficiently, coordinating with the relocating family, service delivery team, and Primary Coordinator.
• Maintain regular communication with the Primary Coordinator at our partner companies for updates.
• Review and process bills from contractors, preparing a comprehensive billing package.
• Address and solve any service issues in collaboration with your Team Leader and Manager.
• Accurately input customer data and order entries into our system.
• Balance the margin generated on jobs while ensuring high-quality service.
• Respond promptly to occasional inquiries from Customers and Vendors outside of regular working hours.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management team. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Proficient in answering inbound calls
• Prior experience in call center customer service
• Excellent customer service skills
• Accurate and efficient data entry abilities
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Familiarity with order entry processes
• Proven ability to schedule appointments effectively TalentMatch®
