Washington State Job Bank Thai Specialty Cook (Several Positions) in Redmond, Washington
- Prepare and cook delicious Thai foods and unique Thai dishes using in depth Thai cooking knowledge and skills;
- Produce a range of authentic Thai specialty sauces for stir fry dishes and Thai pastes for curry dishes;
- Using Thai culinary expertise, help create and improve recipes and menus;
- Review the quality of raw and cooked food products to guarantee that standards are met;
- Train line cooks in the Thai culinary arts;
- Review the quantity and quality of received products;
- Conceive food presentations and create food displays reflecting Thai aesthetic;
- Adhere to all standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices;
- Uphold our stringent standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety; and
- Review stock levels and order supplies.
Requirement: 2-3 years of Thai cooking experience
