As a Solutions Account Representative on the AED Administration team, you will implement and support all aspects of assigned customer's AED programs including program overviews, CPR/AED training coordination, site assessments and post event support. You will provide ongoing proactive program management building relationships with our distribution partners and customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Execute the implementation of Premium AED Program services utilizing the LIFELINK Central and LIFENET Portal websites per the implementation guidelines.

  • Plan and manage individual projects of implementation services to include medical oversight, site assessment, and CPR/AED training.

  • Schedule and perform welcome calls to new customers and new site contacts.

  • Assist end users, troubleshoot AED readiness and connectivity.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Service, and distribution partners to ensure all appropriate tasks have been planned and executed.

  • Proactive ongoing program management including benchmark reporting and frequent communication to customers regarding overall health of program.

  • Coordinate post AED usage/event response.

  • Provide training on the use of the LIFELINK Central products to end user customers and distributors.

  • Assigned business related process improvement and/or vendor relationship management projects.

  • Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; or 6 years relevant work experience in lieu of a degree, required.

  • 2+ years' experience in customer service, required.

  • Experience working with distributors or managing distributor relationships, required.

  • Experience in account management, preferred
