Are you an experienced professional with a passion for solving technical challenges and delivering exceptional customer support? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Engineer to join our clients dynamic team and provide top-notch assistance to our valued clients.

Senior Support Engineer

Remote, must work CST hours

18 month contract

$50-$52/hour

Typical Day in the Role

  • Key Projects: Focus on higher-end customers, delivering advanced technical solutions.

  • Daily Tasks: Engage with incoming technical cases from customers, work on pending issues, and participate in periodic team meetings to discuss strategies and improvements.

Candidate Requirements

  • Desirable Experience: Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Supply Chain Processes: In-depth knowledge of procurement, inventory management, demand forecasting, warehouse management, logistics, and transportation.

  • Dynamics 365 SCM Modules: Expertise in Inventory Management, Procurement, Transportation Management, Warehouse Management, and Product Information Management.

  • Configuration and Customization: Ability to tailor Dynamics 365 F&O SCM modules to specific business needs.

  • Demand Planning and Forecasting: Skills in utilizing demand forecasting features in Dynamics 365 SCM.

  • Inventory Optimization: Proficiency in managing inventory levels and optimizing turnover.

  • Supplier Relationship Management: Understanding of supplier management functionalities within Dynamics 365 F&O.

  • Warehouse Management: Knowledge of efficient warehouse operations within Dynamics 365 SCM.

  • Transportation Management: Understanding of transportation planning and carrier management.

  • Integration with External Systems: Proficiency in integrating Dynamics 365 SCM with external systems.

  • Compliance and Regulatory Standards: Implementing compliance measures and managing related documentation.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Skills in generating supply chain analytics and reports using Power BI or built-in tools.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required

  1. ERP Systems Experience: Expertise in systems like Dynamics, SAP, PeopleSoft, NetSuite ERP, Oracle ERP Cloud, or Epicor.

  2. Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal, listening, and written.

  3. Research, Problem-Solving, and Troubleshooting Skills: Logical thinking and effective use of available resources.
