ManpowerGroup Project Manager in Redmond, Washington

Our client, a Fortune 500 Global IT Client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have examples of their previous advanced Excel data trackers and PowerPoint experience and have around 2-4 years of experience in Project Management.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Remote (preference for Redmond, WA)

Pay Range: 45-48/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Set up processes and infrastructure for International Customer Success Unit to do joint planning with 145 global account teams, including by subsidiary Teams channels, Excel PowerPoint and Word docs for consolidating business insights, learnings, and requests from upstream and downstream teams.

  • Manage rhythm of business to facilitate fruitful discussions and dialogue, and business reviews between teams and subsidiaries, including meeting set-up, preparation, consolidate and follow up on action items.

  • Gather data and business insights that help the joint planning and business review discussions.

  • Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects when needed.

What’s Needed?

  • Minimum 4+ years experience with advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, formulas, advanced data manipulation)

  • Minimum 3+ years experience with intermediate PowerPoint skills (creating content to communicate data insights)

  • Minimum 3+ years experience with Project Management Experience (create workback schedules, follow up with/chase others, and drive resolution)

  • Minimum 2+ years experience with Data Analysis using Excel and PowerBI
