As a Program Manager for Emergency Care's Advanced Digital Healthcare platform, LIFENET, you will be a part of a team providing digital product solutions that enable our EMS, law enforcement, public access, and hospital based customers to thrive.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with business unit leadership to define, manage and own program scope

  • Create detailed work breakdown structure

  • Develop and manage the detailed program Gantt chart: analyze critical path, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones

  • Create program budget with cross-functional partners and optimize, monitor, and maintain costs within budget

  • Partner with project teams to create program quality plans using a multitude of quality planning tools and techniques. Monitor and maintain plans

  • Develop a risk management plan for the program: identify, analyze, and understand project risks, develop and monitor a risk response plan

  • Develop a procurement management plan and be a strategic partner in the selection of procurement partners

  • Estimate, acquire and assign cross functional program resources: define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member and provide direct feedback to functional manager on performance reviews

  • Develop a stakeholder engagement plan for the program, based on the identification, analysis and understanding of stakeholder expectations and requirements

  • Develop and execute communications management plan for program team, key stakeholders, and business leaders

  • Incorporates end-user feedback to refine scope through the project lifecycle and can communicate changes, updates, and decisions to key stakeholders

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 6+ years of product development or relevant experience

  • Additional 2+ years of project management experience

Preferred:

  • PMP or PgMP or equivalent

  • Microsoft Project or PlanView experience

  • SAP experience

  • Strategic budget management
