Microsoft Corporation Executive Business Administrator in Redmond, Washington
Cloud Operations + Innovation is seeking a skilled Executive Business Administrator to provide support to the Vice President of the Integrated Planning and Execution and their team. This role will take on a variety of tasks while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
Complex calendar management for a Vice President
Travel logistics and expense reporting
Leadership – Leads by example and serves as a role model to business support colleagues by maintaining a professional attitude
Team SharePoint and OneNote creation and/or maintenance
Procurement and management of supplies, hardware and assets
Space management and Planning
Rhythm of Business planning
Headcount management, post job requisitions, set up/onboard new hires
Facility requests
Ensure compliance of operational policies and procedures.
Event Coordination and logistics planning for the organization.
Escort business guests
Order (and deliver if needed) lunches for meetings
General Team support/Project Ownership

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)
OR equivalent experience.
2+ years experience serving as mentor to others.
3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $28.46 - $48.80 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $39.76 - $55.67 per hour.
