Insight Global Engineering Project Coordinator in Redmond, Washington
Job Description
Procure, maintain, and inventory audio hardware and software equipment
Create, Manage, and Lead critical Lab tasks required to expand or modify Lab needs or requirements.
Inventory tracking system administration and development; provide training and assistance, ensure accuracy, provide reports, provide requirements for improvements
Hardware and IP equipment distribution, tracking, and shipping
Coordinate scheduling the usage of all test spaces including anechoic chambers, whisper rooms, and user study rooms
Provide hands-on assistance to research scientists and engineers in setting up lab measurements
Work with Building Maintenance & Third party Construction companies to support Lab expansion and modifications.

Skills and Requirements
Proficiency with excel spreadsheets and other SW tools for managing information or inventory
High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Willing to take up hands-on work * Hands-on experience experience in an Audio lab, e.g. setting up audio experiment rigs, audio measure measurement tools (e.g. KEMAR, HATS, APx, precision microphones, signal acquisition tools, SoundCheck, Audio Precision) or quality metrics (e.g. THD, SNR, frequency response)
Knowledge of the new and emerging technologies in hardware and software equipment industries related to audio, including and not limited to acoustic measurement, consumer and professional audio, motion tracking, motion control
Experience in prototyping hardware using 3-D CAD, printing or tooling null
