Linnaeus Client Care Team Member - Veterinary in Red Hall Crescent, United Kingdom

Paragon Veterinary Referrals based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire are looking for their new client care team member to be a welcoming face on reception. We are looking for an experienced, motivated and friendly individual to join our team!

This is a full time permanent role. Working hours will be 38h a week, including weekend work. Weekly schedule/rota TBC.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Dealing with clients attending appointments with their pets both face-to-face and over the telephone

  • Booking appointments and dealing with customer queries

  • Front-of-house reception, meeting and greeting clients on arrival with their pets

  • Updating patient records and registering clients on our practice management system

  • General ad hoc admin duties.

The ideal candidate will be well organised, have impeccable time management and be able to multi-task. We are looking for candidates with previous customer service experience in roles where you can demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent telephone manner, able to deal with high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails

  • Confident and resilient

  • Remain calm, courteous and professional at all times

  • Be aware of GDPR guidelines when dealing with client data.
