Description
We are seeking a Bilingual HR Assistant to join our client's team based in READING, Pennsylvania. Operating within the manufacturing industry, this role involves sourcing potential candidates, onboarding new hires, engaging with employees, and providing administrative support. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential candidates, including walk-ins and referrals, facilitating their application process
• Conduct background checks and drug screens as part of comprehensive onboarding support
• Follow-up with new hires to ensure their satisfaction and address attendance issues, thereby enhancing employee retention
• Manage documentation, schedule interviews, and uphold hiring policies to provide administrative support
• Utilize skills in Volume Recruiting and Recruiting within a Manufacturing Environment to optimize the recruitment process
Requirements
• Bilingual preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proficiency in using HR software and databases
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and targets.
