Each day you come to work, you'll be helping us imagine new ways to help people make their lives better. Duties to include but not limited to: Support complete vehicle durability testing. Ride/Drive ATVs and SxSs at test tracks. Perform vehicle testing per outlined test procedures and requirements. Assemble complete vehicle using engineering drawings, service manuals, and communication with engineering staff. Perform vehicle maintenance/safety checks before, during, and after testing. Be attentive to detail during testing and identify concerns/problems as they arise. Communicate/document concerns with project leaders, utilizing a high level of detail and a clear understanding of the situation/problem. Perform vehicle tear down for part confirmation and sub-component section evaluations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Qualifications: Must have 6+ years closely related experience or related associates degree and 4+ years experience. Strong Mechanical aptitude with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Understanding of Powersports Vehicle (ATV/SxS/Dirt Bike) Experience riding/repairing ATV/SxS preferred Capable of following instructions and or defined test procedures. Comfortable to ask questions in a situation with uncertainty. Could require extended travel, especially during winter months.
