JOB SUMMARY
- The Doc and Change Admin MT Shared will play an important role in implementing the document and change control processes for changes to Documents and Records in PLM systems such as Windchill. This role is responsible for providing internal customers with mentorship in following document and change control procedures.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
Review changes in a timely manner for compliance with procedures.
Select and/or verify required approvers of changes per procedures.
Collaborate and provide direction to change owners, approvers, and business partners as needed.
Collect and report metrics pertaining to change control activities.
Communicate the status of changes.
Lead small, prioritized projects that help support departmental objectives, including projects that require collaboration with other departments or facilities.
Support and recommend change control process improvements including initiating procedural revisions.
Support both internal and external audits, as well as quality events (CAPA, NC, Audit findings), relating to document/change control processes.
Ensure all activities adhere to the documented quality system and current regulatory requirements.
Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
Performs other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Associates degree or equivalent, with 8 years experience in document management or using an electronic document management systems or a Bachelors’s degree or equivalent University Degree required with minimum of 4 years’ experience in document management or using an electronic document management system
- Ability to collaborate in an open office environment and remotely with virtual teams while paying attention to detail
Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and balance multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Additional Information:
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $61,000 - $110,000.
Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company-sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
