Job Summary: Process linens by hand folding according to specifications.
Role Priorities:
- Hand folding, wrapping, and/or tying linens to department specifications.
- Ensure product is neatly organized and put away properly.
- Ensure NOG (not our goods) products are processed and returned to customer by communicating with Department Supervisor, CSSR, and/or Linen Loader.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Ensure quality of product and meet daily production quantity goals.
- Work in other areas of department as necessary.
Role Requirements and Essential Job Functions:
- Training period of 2-4 weeks to become familiar with specifications for folding, pieces processed, company standards, and to attain department routine for normal efficiency.
- Assist Supervisor in improving a system of production control, standard operating procedures, safety, and quality control.
- Must be able to stand and walk all day with gross hand and arm motions.
- Repetitive grasping of hands.
- Lifting and carrying of product up to 22lbs occasionally.
- Also twisting, bending, turning, squatting, kneeling, walking, and occasional heights.
- Repetitive work.
- Ability to read and write English.

Work Environment:
- Inside typical plant environment- can be hot and humid; must be aware of safety protocols and avoiding injury to hands from moving parts of machinery and tools.

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
General work hours are Monday through Friday.
