Description:
• Entering Purchase Order Acknowledgments into Visual • Contacting Suppliers on Past Due Orders and Expediting Purchase Orders • Running Reports • Potentially Cutting Purchase Orders as Needed • Proficient in Word & Excel. As well as Email and Teams application • Ability to Email, make phone calls, and manage reports. • Ability to multi-task and react to ongoing changes in workload. • We are going to consider this to be between 25-40 hours per week.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required (prefer degrees in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Engineering). (not required) 2-4 years experience in a purchasing environment Previous experience required with and working knowledge of using/reading engineering drawings and specifications.(this can be addressed on the job) Must have worked with SAP or another ERP system (strongly preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced skills with Excel, Word, Teams
