Description
We are looking for a client-driven and detail-oriented Call Center Specialist to join our client's hospitality team in beautiful Rancho Santa Fe. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, answer customer inquiries, manage customer complaints, and provide vital information on our services and offerings.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customers' emails.
Provide product and service information to customers, and resolve any emerging problems.
Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalate calls to the appropriate department for resolution as needed.
Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
Identify and escalate priority issues, and follow-up customer calls where necessary.
Provide first-class customer service that fosters customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
Proven customer support or call center experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications, excellent multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure, handle stressful situations and remain flexible in handling multiple tasks.
