Job Title: Heat Treat Helper
Job Description
We are seeking a Heat Treat Helper to join our Rancho Cucamonga Operations. This role plays a crucial part in our Heat Treat team, offering a highly visible position that involves travel to different sites within California. We provide an excellent work environment backed by a committed leadership, ensuring the right candidate thrives and delivers outstanding results. We operate across multiple shifts, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. As a world-class producer of aero engine and industrial gas turbine components, we specialize in vacuum melted superalloys, machining, performance coatings, and hot isostatic pressing for high-performance parts.
Hard Skills
Ability to move parts on and off pallets
Read and interpret shop order instructions, specifications, and other written and verbal instructions
Load and unload furnaces
Perform hardness inspection and read conversion tables (ASTM E140)
Load couple preparation
Grinding parts
Routine maintenance of furnace controllers
Soft Skills
Understanding and knowledge of company procedures and work instructions
Maintaining a safe and organized workstation
Adherence to safety and company policies
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
Work Environment
This position operates in a dynamic production environment, requiring work both inside the department and outdoors. The current opening is for the 2nd shift, which operates from 1pm to 9:30pm.
