Position Summary
Join Fortune 7 CVS Health Clinical Client Applications Team as an Sr. Software Development Engineer. In the Sr. Software Development Engineer role, you will be responsible for the overall development of clinical applications in a variety of languages using a diverse toolset. In addition, you will drive exceptional services to CVS Health Clients through a dedicated team of advisers responsible for identifying ways to continuously improve on the services provided to clients and providing communication and updates to senior leaders. As a key member of the IT Client Services team, you will partner with our Sales & Account Management team and our internal IT teams to lead and support the services we deliver and provide to our external clients. You will serve as the single point of contact between the business and technical teams and monitor and provide status of portfolio of projects.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant professional experience
Experience with Visual Studios 2015 (.Net framework 3.5 or above)
Microsoft VB.Net Language
C# language
SQL Server T-SQL/Oracle (View, Procedures, Functions, Triggers)
Backend WebServices, Windows Services
Version Control/Build Tools: TFS
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years previous experience in IT application development, leading specifications, deliverables and documentation including the following:5 years of experience with all aspects of the software development process including coding, systems, data analysis, testing and operations.
Minimum of 3 years experience in situational leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare, PBM, Medicare, or Med D experience preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
Master's in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$83,430.00 - $166,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
