Double Line, Inc. Senior Project Manager in Raleigh, North Carolina
(This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Texas, North Carolina, or Tennessee. We have an office location in Austin, TX for use at our employees' convenience. We have no plans to return to the office on a mandatory basis.)

If so, we're looking for a motivated and driven person like you who can:
Take ownership of the execution of complex projects and relentlessly deliver for our clients (on time, on budget, happy clients!) no matter the obstacles
Identify risks and plan mitigations, unblocking work streams to execute in parallel
Assist and mentor other Project Managers
Collaborate with your Client Success Consultant on long-term vision for our clients
Bonus points if you're bringing knowledge of or really want to learn any of the following:
Technology consulting via fixed-fee contracts
SmartSheets
Agile software development
Cloud solutions
JIRA and Confluence
K-12 education, higher education, and not-for-profit organizations
We do not want you to make the leap without knowing what we need, so here is how we define success for this position:
Begin managing projects independently in your first 30 days
Knock your first project out of the park in your first 6 months
Identify 3 significant ways we can improve our project management approach in your first year
