Insight Global Legal Account Processing Specialist in Raleigh, North Carolina
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Mail and Account Processing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming mail and handling account-related tasks. Your ability to analyze requests, prioritize work, and collaborate with team members will be crucial to success.
- Account Processing:
o Perform account-related tasks consistently.
o Regularly check account requests to determine if they are related to customers or non-customers.
o Execute specific transactions and place holds as needed based on account balance information
- Analyzing Requests:
o Understand the nature of requests thoroughly.
o Identify and prioritize legal orders from courts and the IRS.
o Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Skills and Requirements
2 years professional experience either within banking/financial services OR legal background
Basic knowledge of Excel null
