What We Are Looking For:

The Learning Program Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs that support the development of employees across the organization. This role requires a blend of instructional design expertise, facilitation skills, project management skills, and the ability to foster collaboration among various stakeholders. The Learning Program Manager will work closely with department leaders, subject matter experts, and external vendors to ensure that learning initiatives align with the company’s goals and enhance employee performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the development and execution (from inception to completion) of comprehensive learning strategies that address organizational needs and foster employee growth and skill enhancement.

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps and create strategic learning solutions, including workshops, courses, e-learning modules, and other relevant materials.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders, department heads, and subject matter experts to align learning programs with business objectives and ensure relevance and effectiveness.

  • Utilize learning analytics and evaluation methods to assess the impact of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Facilitate dynamic and engaging instructor-led training sessions for groups of 25+ participants, employing interactive methods and fostering a participative learning environment to ensure active engagement and knowledge retention.

  • Develop and deliver training programs to equip the sales teams with the necessary skills, product knowledge, and sales methodologies.

  • Adapt learning strategies for global engagement, accommodating diverse cultural and geographical contexts to ensure inclusive and effective training for a multinational workforce

  • Manage direct reports and guide junior team members, fostering their professional development and contributing to a positive team culture.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning and development, integrating innovative approaches into our training methodologies.

What You Need:

Education

  • BA or BS degree required

  • Specialized industry certification preferred

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a learning and development role, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs

  • Proficiency in utilizing learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning authoring tools.

  • Proven excellence in facilitating training for groups of 25+ both in person and virtually

  • Experience delivering training sessions focused on sales methodology and product knowledge.

  • Experience with Workday

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and learning technologies/tools

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
