Summary

Provides business analysis to provide meaningful data for initiatives and ongoing projects to improve the operational performance of the business. Works independently with little supervision and some latitude in decision-making responsibility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifies and specifies business requirements, resources and processes for a sub-system or major system modification.

  • Create reports, graphs, and charts of data results and analyses.

  • May assist in the development of organization business policies, and work with other departments/organizations in the preparation of analysis.

  • Writes and executes test plans and scripts; writes user documentation and trains end users.

  • Plans for and coordinates system changes

  • Participates in identifying root causes and provides reporting to improve processes

  • Performs all other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. No supervisory responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position:

  1. Bachelor (4-year college) degree and 4+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

  2. Prior scrum master experience preferred but not required.

COMPUTER AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT SKILLS

  1. Microsoft Office suite

  2. Microsoft SharePoint Online

  3. Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

  4. ShareGate

  5. AvePoint governance tools

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Ex: CPA, Series 6 or 7 license, etc)
