Candidate Qualifications: + PA must be a graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program and have NCCPA certification. NP must be a graduate of a Nurse Practitioner Education program and have national certification. + 3+ years of stable practice history and solid experience treating all ages in a busy Primary Care setting is required. Not suitable for new grad. + The ideal candidate is a someone who thrives in a busy Primary Care clinic and conveys a genuine interest in delivering quality patient care to a diverse population. + Must be comfortable independently managing assigned patients in a busy practice environment with minimal oversight from the supervising physician. + Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion in decision making. + Clean background, NC license, NC DEA, and AHA BLS certification required.
