    Your responsibilities:

  • Project management and proactive communication of project status (NCRs, AWA's, claims, complaints, HSE issues, etc.)

  • Coordination, alignment, support and guidance during the execution of the project to and with the assigned Supervisor and project team,

  • Communicate with clients, project stakeholders, and other interested parties. Effectively manage your time and the team's time to achieve project goals.

  • Preparation (for approval) of assigned technical and commercial proposals with accuracy and input from the organization to achieve optimum execution for the scope of work meeting customer requirements prior to delivery to the customer.

  • Defines and manages risks (technical, execution and commercial) and opportunities consistent with the project portfolio objectives developing mitigating actions as required with the teams.

  • Cooperation with HSE and Welding Center Departments during the preparation and implementation of the project

  • Profit and loss responsibilities for assigned projects including bid preparation, contract closure and delivery

  • Adapt to changes and quickly respond to new challenges during project implementation, If necessary, negotiate terms, resources, and schedules with project stakeholders, ensure that the final product meets established quality standards.

    Our requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical expertise

  • 4-5 years of work experience in a similar function

  • Fluency in English in writing and speech; fluency in a second language strongly preferred (German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, etc.)

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office & Projects

  • Contract and commercial awareness training and experience

  • Risk management experience

  • Knowledge of requirements of PED, EN ISO 3834-3, EN 12952,

  • Knowledge of technical drawing
