This position plays an instrumental role in Sales support, enabling the Global Markets Sales and Account Management team to maximize their efforts in achieving revenue goals and dedicating focus on building customer relationships. The position will support and assist with various business development and pre/post sales activities, including review and data entry into appropriate systems, documents, and spreadsheets to maintain accuracy of metrics and reporting needs. This role follows pre-established guidelines to create, manage and ensure compliance of CRM data records and processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist Business Development in organizing and completing relevant research or data gatheringUpdate and maintain customer/account information in CRM (Salesforce, Ariba, etc.) in real time

  • Assist with updating and polishing the various existing presentations and proposals that are tailored for prospect / client meetings as needed

  • Prepare, and submit established on-going reports as requested in a timely mannerManage and maintain the various checklists and supporting documents generated for the various pre and post sales activities

  • Additional follow-ups and support to complete ad-hoc projects (i.e., data entry, audit, data analysis)

  • Overall support of the sales function to minimize the administrative work of producers

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a support function, preferably sales support/operations

  • Intermediate proficiency/ experience with CRM technology (i.e., Salesforce)

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (with an emphasis on Excel – spreadsheets, formula creation, pivot tables/VLOOKUP)

  • Working knowledge of MS Teams, OneDrive, (and/or SharePoint) to create and manage workflows/folders/notifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare, insurance other similar related industry

  • Technical/Analytical aptitude with data, analytics and reporting

Skills and Character Traits:

  • Attention to detail and the ability to learn, understand and use technology and tools

  • Ability to work well under pressure within short deadlines and respond to changing priorities, is self-motivated, self-managed and be able to work independently or in a team environment

  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work 40 hours/week (Monday - Friday)
